We are thrilled to share that 4OCEAN Charitable Foundation Inc. has been recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). This designation, effective May 31, 2022, means that contributions made to us are tax-deductible under IRC Section 170, and we are qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522. As a public charity classified under 509(a)(2), we are committed to transparency and impact, filing annual information returns to ensure we uphold our mission responsibly.
